1. Introduction
Welcome to PrimeInsightWay. These Terms of Service govern your use of our Thinking development courses and related offerings at PrimeInsightWay.com. By accessing our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Scope of Offerings
2.1 Course Services
PrimeInsightWay offers live and recorded sessions designed to enhance your critical thinking skills. You may schedule each session through our platform. If you need to reschedule, you may do so once up to 7 days before the session date without penalty. Once a session has started, it is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund due to the commitment of resources and instructor preparation.
2.2 Digital Products
Digital resources such as e-guides, video recordings, and software tools are delivered electronically. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you encounter technical issues that prevent access. After issuing a refund, your access will be revoked.
2.3 Physical Goods
Physical materials such as printed guides or branded merchandise will be shipped to your address. If you receive a defective item, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Photograph the defective item and send it back at your expense. Once we verify the issue, we will process a refund.
3. Refund Policy
Our refund process depends on the type of offering:
- Course Services: Sessions may be rescheduled once free of charge if requested at least 7 days in advance. No refunds are provided for sessions that have started or were missed.
- Digital Products: Refunds within 14 days for accessibility issues; access will be revoked upon refund.
- Physical Goods: Refunds within 30 days for defective items; postage for sending items back is the customer’s responsibility.
All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to complete the refund.
4. Scheduling Changes
If you need to change a scheduled service, notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. You may reschedule each session one time within 90 days of the original date. Rescheduling beyond this limit will require a new booking.

6. Changes to Terms
